What are your products made from?

We use all reef-safe inert resins and clays formulated for underwater and habitat use.

Will your products be able to support bacteria filtration?
While our products are hand sculpted and texturized to give a rocklike appearance, with the most surface area,  they are not porous like traditional live rock. If an Aquarocks product is the only structure within the aquarium, we do recommend supplemental filtration products like eco-bricks or bioplates.

How long do custom orders typically take to produce?
We try to keep reasonable timelines on custom orders by only taking 2 or 3 custom pieces at a time. Typically, depending on current projects, between 2 to 4 weeks between ordering and completion. Subject to change.

Can you create something off of an idea or reference picture I may have?
Absolutely! We take pride in bringing customers vision to life, a simple sketch, or dimensions of your tank will get the ball rolling!

How much do your creations typically cost?
We have products for every level of hobbyist and budget! We have cast molded frag shelves, and sandbed products starting at 25 dollars plus shipping, and custom works made to order!

What kind of magnets do your magnetic rocks use?
We worked closely with our magnet supplier to offer a sealed neodymium magnet rated to half-inch glass holding strength! (May hold above that rating depending on load, but that is our official rating )

Do your pieces need curing, or can they be put directly in the aquarium?
They are inert and safe to put immediately in!

How soon after placing an order through your store can I expect delivery ?
We use the most efficient and cost-effective methods for shipping. For smaller magnetic rocks first class, or priority USPS shipping. We can ship with any carrier you may request with a message beforehand .  Larger works use UPS air or other freight services. There may be processing time of up to 48 hours to ship and Aquarocks is not responsible for UPS, USPS  or freight shipping delays. We will work with you if your package is lost , but we do not refund if your package is moving within the standards of the shipping service and is simply delayed .
